We’re excited to invite you to the Alabama Girls Flag Football Tournament in Dothan, Alabama! This exclusive, first-come, first-serve event is open to AHSAA teams and we’d love to have you be a part of this memorable event. 

The tournament is designed exclusively for Alabama High School girls flag football teams to showcase their skills, connect with fellow flag football players and coaches, and kick off the season in style. 

Through the strong relationships with other phenomenal groups, like the Atlanta Falcons and ASHAA, this event will be more than just playing flag football games in a tournament format. Below is an inside look at how we plan to celebrate the young female flag football players and coaches.

The tournament will take place in Dothan, AL on Friday, September 12, and Saturday, September 13. The weekend begins Friday evening with welcome activities including a dinner, team tailgate, fun competitions, and sponsor activations. On Saturday, the spotlight turns to the field with a full day of tournament games alongside additional sponsor activations.

Tournament Structure

• Open to high school–aged teams

• Guaranteed 3 games for each team

• Game format and timing may be adjusted based on team count, field availability, or weather

• No Cost: Free registration for all teams

• Championship Awards: Special prizes and recognition for top teams
