The Females in Flag Coaching Summit, hosted at the TCO Performance Center in partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and RCX Sports Foundation, brought together 63 coaches from across Minnesota for a day of education, collaboration, and inspiration. Focused on empowering those leading girls and women’s flag football, the event featured expert-led sessions on practice planning, athlete safety, coaching psychology, and culture-building, alongside hands-on field instruction from the Minnesota Vixen. The summit highlighted the rapid growth of the sport and emphasized the critical role coaches play in shaping its future.
