🎡 Step Right Up to a STEM Carnival Like No Other!
This isn’t your average STEM Saturday — we’re transforming the Izell Reese Community Center into a STEM Carnival, where innovation, creativity, and hands-on exploration take center stage. On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the RCX Sports Foundation invites students grades 4 and up to dive into robotics, coding, 3D design, and virtual reality in a fun, festival-style atmosphere.
Whether you’re a future engineer, designer, or gamer, this STEM Saturday will challenge you to build, code, and create in ways that connect learning to imagination—and imagination to opportunity.
🎮 STEM Carnival Game Design – Work in teams to design, code, and build your very own carnival-style games using robotics, micro:bits, and 3D design tools. Then share your creation with others in a hands-on showcase where everyone gets to play!
👓 AR/VR Exploration – Put on a headset and step into the future with immersive VR experiences:
🖨 3D Printing Showcase – See how ideas come to life in the real world as we demo the power of 3D printing.
The RCX Sports Foundation is committed to empowering young people through sports and education, and STEM Saturdays are a cornerstone of that mission in the Dothan community. By combining hands-on activities with real-world applications, students connect their natural creativity and problem-solving skills to the tools and technologies shaping the future.
From STEM Carnivals to programs like Football Meets STEAM and Racing with Rajah, RCX is building a sustainable STEM ecosystem in the Wiregrass region—opening doors, expanding horizons, and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
