Females in Flag Coaching Summit in Partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and the RCX Sports Foundation
The Females in Flag Coaching Summit, hosted at the TCO Performance Center in partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and RCX Sports Foundation, brought together 63 coaches from across Minnesota for a day of education, collaboration, and inspiration. Focused on empowering those leading girls and women’s flag football, the event featured expert-led sessions on practice planning, athlete safety, coaching psychology, and culture-building, alongside hands-on field instruction from the Minnesota Vixen.
